Off-Premise Catering Contract

1. All arrangements are made directly with the Marchiori office. A hold may be
placed on a requested date for one week.
2. A check in the amount of $100.00 along with the signed and completed Catering Contract is required to confirm a reservation. Please include date of the event on the memo portion of the check and mail it to the attention of Marchiori Catering.
3. An appointment should be scheduled with the Marchiori Catering at least one week prior to the event. Final arrangements for your event will be made at this meeting.
4. Marchiori Catering must be notified of any transfer or cancellation in writing.
5. A refund of the reservation deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee will be given with two months or more written notice for cancellation of an event.
5. The final guarantee of expected attendance and the balance due must be made one week prior to the event date.
6. Final payment is due by personal check or cash one week prior to your catered event. Payment can be made by cash or money order on delivery.
7. All catering equipment must be returned clean the day after your event. Your deposit will be refunded after the catering equipment has been inspected.
8. Pick-up and Delivery Times are subject to caterer’s approval.
9. Buffets will be open for 2 hours, additional buffet service can be added for a small fee.
